Pillow Talk
I got my pillows in the mail today and want to thank Judith publically for all the work that went into those awards. She really spent alot of time on that and we should all appreciate her willingness to make the Opies a wonderful success this year. And Shelley, who's Opium2 site made the hilarious campaigning and voting possible in a brand new way. And I humbly pledge to write accurate, revealing reviews in 2005 to the best of my ability and to always represent the Old Skool with good spelling, grammar, and sarcasm for all.

The NeverEnding Pillow Story.
All right, y'all, I've just been notified that my pillow is missing!
If you have it, email me. Just because I didn't go to the picnic doesn't mean I don't want the pillow. My jaw recently fought a battle with a plucky oral surgeon and lost four wisdom teeth, a runaway molar, and a whole lot of blood. My jaw's not taking the loss very well -- he's a sore loser -- so I'd like to make him feel better by giving him a special little pillow to rest upon. Please help me help my jaw and give me my @%&*#! pillow.
Give me my new pillow.
I can't! I can't!
Bastian? Why don't you do what you dream, Bastian?
But I can't! I have to keep my feet on the ground!
Call my name ... it's right there on the pillow ... please... save us!
...All right, I'll save you! I will do what I dream!
*screams into the stormy night*
LIIIIIIIIIIIINDSAAAAAAAAAAAY JEEEEEEEEEAAAAAN!!

It's just ... a little crush
Thank you for having one third of a crush on me. One fourth of my blood now runs warm from the sweet, sweet glow of your partial adoration.
I feel so somewhat loved. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

thank you
Thank you, thank you for the Favorite Website and Favorite Middle Skooler awards. I did not attend the picnic, and only went to the last night (and didn't get to see my dear Lauren or my dear Matt [who have both said they are Anne-girls, if I recall!]) but my fifth(?) DS experience was a good one, except for the virus I caught during the trip :-P

i am flattered
i am very flattered to share the title for favorite newbie with ryan! thank you all. the dock street shows really were indescribably wonderful and left me pretty speechless, literally. it was wonderful to meet you if i did, and im sorry if i didnt get around to meeting all of you. (i was overtaken by the quiet shy bug at the picnic). i really am happy... and geni.... you deserved it too.
and i agree with allison that matthew bivins should no longer be up for opies. you know hell win.... especially for naked. well maybe he just shouldnt be allowed to be nominated for naked. thats just silliness.... talk about a landslide. a shameless landslide. matt deserves opies BUT so do the other guys.

Hit me baby, One More Time
I would like to also send a thank you out to those who voted me for most like to see naked for the second year running. Indeed, we are stronger than yesterday. And although I'm not a girl, I'm not yet a woman, I just need some time, even though you drive me crazy, baby. That's my prerogative.

Thank you
Thank for once again voting me as your Best Male Opiate for 2004. I will carry the torch proudly. And hopefully I will serve you will. I honestly have no clue how in the world I won that one... but thanks!
And Alison and Vida and my campaigning paid off. I'm glad you all find us to be the most entertaining opiates. We will try to entertain you all we can for this year... even if we aren't at that many shows. We'll just see how things go.
Thanks again everyone!
