Marion Square. 12:30 until...whenever the last person leaves. The awards will not suck, thanks to those who so generously donated. I'll have candy and other nonsense things, but if you want something with substance I'd suggest looking out for number one and bringing whatever makes you happy. Sorry! Party trays were too expensive - I looked. There are several great restaurants right by the park that you can order to go and then tromp on over to join the merriment and good cheer. BYOB.
